Ingredients

1 lb bag of Brussels Sprouts

4 tbl good olive oil

4 tbl good balsamic vinegar

1 tbl Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.

Wash Brussels Sprouts well. Pat dry.

Cut off stems, slice in half.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with Montreal steak seasoning. Toss and make sure everything is evenly coated. If you need more oil or vinegar at this time, add it. Each sprout needs to be coated.

Transfer sprouts to a large cookie sheet, careful not to overcrowd. Note: I also like to flip the sprouts, cut side down. I like it when the cut side is browned.

Cook in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until the leaves look golden and and sprouts and tender with a fork.

Serve warm.
