In case you haven’t noticed, I love to cook. But, I’m also passionate about health. Most things I cook will be on the healthier side. But, don’t fret. I’m not always counting every calorie or gram of fat.
One thing you need to know. I eat mostly pescatarian. What does that mean? I eat fish and shrimp. Just very little pork, beef or chicken. However, I have two children and a husband who still eat the things I don’t. So, I cook meals that everyone will enjoy.
My recipes are typically fairly easy to make. I am a hard working mama and don’t have time to make complex meals. They may be simple, but they certainly never lack in flavor. Just healthy and delicious!
