Ingredients

1 Stick Butter

1, 10 oz bag of Mini Marshmallows

6 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal

12 Drops Green Food Coloring

1, 10 oz package Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers

1, 7 oz Tube of Better Crocker Black Cookie Icing

1, 7 oz Tube of Better Crocker White Cookie Icing

12, Candy Eyes

1, 2.2 oz Bottle of Betty Crocker Silver Shimmer Sprinkles

Directions

Melt butter in a large pot, over medium heat. Once butter is melted, add marshmallows, (holding out 12 to make for Frankenstein’s bolts). Stir mixture constantly.

Once all lumps are gone, remove from heat and stir in green food coloring. When marshmallow/butter mix is green to your liking, stir in rice krispies cereal.

Pour cereal/marshmallow mix into a parchment lined, 9x13 dish, and spread out evenly.

Let set in fridge for 30 minutes.

Remove from fridge and cut into 6 large rectangles. Place on parchment paper.

In a microwave safe bowl melt half a bag of the melting chocolates in 30 second increments, on half power, stirring in between. Continue to cook and stir until chocolate is smooth.

Dip one of the smaller ends of the treat into chocolate about 1" down. Return to wax paper and let harden (2-3 minutes). Repeat with remaining treats.

Using the black frosting as glue attach candy eyes just below chocolate "hair".

Use the black frosting to draw mouth under eyes.

Using white icing, smear a little icing all over one marshmallow, top with silver sprinkles. Add a bit more icing to the end of the sprinkle covered marshmallow and press into the side of Frankie’s head. These act as the bolts. Repeat on the other side and on all other treats.

Allow all to dry for 5 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
