Homemade Basil Garlic Salt

Add a burst of flavor to your cooking with this easy DIY seasoning. Perfect for sprinkling on roasted veggies, grilled meats, or even fresh tomatoes!

Ingredients

1 cup fresh basil leaves (washed & dried)

3–4 garlic cloves (peeled)

1 cup coarse sea salt or kosher salt

Directions

Add basil, garlic, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until fine.

Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 200°F for 20–25 min, stirring halfway.

Cool completely, then store in a jar.

Keeps up to 6 months!
