Pork Tenderloin

Pork

I have been making Pork Tenderloin this way for years. It's simple and delicious. Really no need to overthink this one. You can also do Beef Tenderloin the exact same way. Everyone always raves over the finished product. Give it a try.

Ingredients
  • 1, 2-3 lb Pork Tenderloin (can substitute a beef tenderloin for this recipe)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions

Place tenderloin on a broil pan. Pour olive oil over top of tenderloin and rub to cover. Pour steak seasoning all over the top to make a crust. Rub in evenly to coat. Place in the oven on broil for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and check for doneness. Should have an internal temp of 145 degrees. If you need longer in the oven, go 5 minutes at a time.

After tenderloin is finished in the oven, pull out and cover loosely with foil for 10 minutes to rest. After 10 minutes, slice and serve.
