Puffed Pastry Brie

Appetizer

Who doesn't love brie, right? It's creamy texture and mild flavor is perfect on crackers or smeared on top of crusty bread. And the perfect appetizer to add to your charcuterie board. Yum! This recipe is a bit fancy, but so easy to make. Simply top your brie with your favorite preserves, wrap in frozen (but thawed) puffed pastry, bake and voila. Your guests will be impressed.
